Translators are usually professionals, self-employed
people, each belonging to the culture they are writing for. They know
the field of activity they are working in, but their main skill and
interest is language. In a project managed
by Cogen, these translators can be people proposed by Cogen, or by
you, the customer: your Italian subsidiary
may have a translator in house, or your Swedish company may have been
working for years with the same translator.
Reviewers are usually sales staff at local subsidiaries of the customers;
they know their products and their markets, and what their customers
expect. They need the translated material, but have little time to
devote to reviewing translations. In some cases, your organization
can require that Cogen propose a team of outside reviewers.
There is you, responsible for the deadline, the budget, and the outcome.

She is the one who will keep all these people
working as a team, and make the project run smoothly.
She will devote the time it takes to analyze each of your projects,
anticipate difficulties, think of solutions and discuss them upfront
with you.
She will understand your requirements, and make sure the translators
live up to them.

schedule.
