January 2008 : New roles for better Customer Care

A new structure within Cogen's Customer Care team will make sure the company can sustain its growth while continuing to offer excellent project management and attentive customer service.

Tom van Zeeland, Ioannis Karagiannis and Bernard Carrère take on the role of Team Leader; François Bastin becomes Operations Manager and Olivier Pirard, Process Manager.

  • As Team Leaders, Tom, Ioannis and Bernard have the responsibility of growing and coaching a team of junior Project Coordinators.

    Cogen has doubled its turnover over the last five years, and taken on board a significant number of new staff members.

    To make sure Cogen's customers continue to enjoy the attentive, dedicated care they request and deserve, Team Leaders have been installed to coach younger staff, after their training in Cogen's technology and processes, in their essential function of listening to customers, understanding their objectives and organizing the most effective response to them.

  • As Operations Manager, François has the challenging task of maintaining the best possible equation between resources and service level: his contribution is essential in making Cogen deliver the fastest and friendliest service at the best possible cost.

  • As Process Manager, Olivier is François' best ally: Cogen's processes are the object of Olivier's constant attention. His aim is to continuously raise the effectiveness and efficiency of the workflows leading to translated product information in the leanest way.
