Location

Cogen's main office is in Nivelles, 40 km South of Brussels, Belgium. (See road map).

There are two local offices in France, and one in Germany.

Operating hours and workdays

Operating hours are from 8 am to 5:30 pm. The time zone in Belgium is GMT+1 in the winter, and GMT+2 in the summer (6 hours ahead of EST).

Our staff is at your service all year, except from December 25 through the first working day of January of the next year. Workdays are from Monday through Friday.

FTP Server

Cogen has an ftp server (ftp.cogen.com) where you can upload files in the public area. Please contact Laurent Debacker to get access to a private, ID- and password-protected area.
