Operating hours and workdays
Operating hours are from 8 am to 5:30 pm. The time zone in Belgium is GMT+1 in the winter, and GMT+2 in the summer (6 hours ahead of EST).
We are at your service all year, from Monday through Friday, except between Christmas and New Year.
FTP Server
Cogen has an ftp server (ftp.cogen.com) where you can upload files in the public area. Please contact Pierre-Alexandre Braeken to get access to a private, ID- and password-protected area.
